Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and purpose. I bring over 8 years of experience working with children and adolescents in the clinical field, and I have a strong passion for supporting young people as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.

In addition to working with youth, I also support adults facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and difficulties with coping or adjustment. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and work alongside you to create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, helping you not only process your experiences but also build tools you can use in your everyday life.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build insight, and develop healthier coping strategies that align with your goals and values.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, any current challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from the process.

I’ll also ask questions about your background, experiences, and strengths to better understand the full picture of who you are. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing a plan for how we can move forward together.
