Great to meet you!

My name is Aliza Tindall, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I retired from the Air Force in 2004. When I was on a mission trip to Honduras and I discovered a passion to empower people to grow and change. I was awarded Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. After I graduated I have worked with women, children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem and adjustment issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe the client is the most important person in the room and everyone is different. Not all approaches to therapy work on everyone. I utilized an integrative approach based on the needs of the client utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe taking that first step to seek counseling takes courage. Everyone needs help at some point in their life. No one was created to do life alone. I believe everyone deserves to be heard and convey their story in a safe and caring environment. I am passionate to empower people to find their own answers by coming along aside of them, understanding their story, and instilling hope to change.
