Great to meet you!

As a retired U.S. Army Major with more than 30 years of military and civilian experience, I understand firsthand what it takes to carry weight quietly, and I bring that understanding into the therapy room. I work with veterans, first responders, military families, and adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. I'm a board-certified clinical social worker (LCSW-BCD), and I'd be honored to work alongside you as you find your footing again.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, direct, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with mind-body techniques to help clients regulate emotions, strengthen resilience, process difficult experiences, and regain a greater sense of balance and control. I provide a respectful, confidential environment where clients can speak honestly, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to share your story in a respectful, confidential space, at your own pace. Together we will talk through what is weighing on you, whether that is trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or grief, and start building practical coping skills you can use right away. As a veteran myself, I bring a steady, direct approach to working with veterans, first responders, and military families. Most clients leave feeling heard, steadier, and ready to keep moving forward.
