Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and over five years of experience in both agency and private practice settings. I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal from trauma and work through attachment wounds while building stronger and healthier relationships. My work is rooted in an attachment-focused and trauma-informed approach and I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds and I have a strong passion for supporting those navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover the patterns, wounds, and strengths that shape your experiences. I use an attachment-focused, trauma-informed lens to guide our work, blending evidence-based strategies with a warm, supportive presence. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can process the past, navigate present challenges, and develop practical tools to support your growth. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions with a clearer understanding of themselves, practical tools they can use right away, and a sense of feeling heard and supported. My goal is for you to not only gain insight into your patterns and challenges but also to feel empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. You will walk away with strategies tailored to your goals, a stronger connection to your own strengths, and the confidence to keep moving forward between sessions.
