I have worked with diverse populations, including first responders, veterans, families, couples, geriatrics, and individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodevelopmental disorders, and personality disorders. I'm skilled in using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Parts and Memory Therapy to help clients achieve their everyday goals.
