Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified General Adult Psychiatrist in the state of Virginia and have been actively practicing both inpatient and outpatient (majority)for the last 18 yrs. I graduated MCV/VCU as a Chief Resident in 2005. I started my own practice in June 2023 (Living Your Best, LLC) and am currently accepting new patients, ages 18-65.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself to not only have consistent active listening skills, but pride myself in my all-inclusive, biopsychosocial approach to help you with your struggles and reach your highest potential....all while maintaining a natural, empathetic and sincere nature. With every doctor-patient relationship, my goal is to treat you with respect in a non-judgmental and safe environment.

What you can expect from me

My desire has always been to overcome the stigma attached to psychiatric patients and I have always been determined not to be among those who overlook the very real pain experienced by those with psychological conditions. With my unique and comprehensive style of practicing, I combine a therapeutic approach alongside medication management.
