Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, substance use, depression, ADHD, family concerns, and other difficult seasons of life. You may know that something needs to change but feel unsure where to begin, or you may simply want support understanding yourself and finding a healthier way forward.

My style is supportive, practical, and motivating. I believe therapy should be a place where you can speak openly, feel understood, and also be encouraged to grow. I'll meet you where you are, help you recognize your strengths, and work alongside you to develop realistic strategies that fit your life and the goals that matter to you.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person brings different experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals into the room, so I'll take time to understand what you're going through before deciding together what may be most helpful.

I draw from approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Positive Psychology, and other strengths-based and problem-solving approaches. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on managing difficult emotions, improving relationships, processing challenging experiences, strengthening coping skills, or making changes that help you feel more confident and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what brought you to therapy, what's been difficult, and what you'd like to change. You don't need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before you begin. We'll start with what feels most important to you.

You can expect me to listen closely, be honest and supportive, and provide a space where you can be yourself without judgment. We'll set goals together and focus on progress that feels meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave our work with greater self-understanding, stronger coping skills, and practical tools you can continue using in everyday life.
