Great to meet you!

I provide straightforward, compassionate mental health care focused on helping you feel better and function better in your daily life. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, using a balanced approach that combines thoughtful medication management with practical, solution-focused strategies. My style is warm but direct I will listen, but I will also guide you with clear, honest recommendations so you can start seeing real progress.

If you’re looking for a provider who will take the time to understand your needs, involve you in your care, and provide clear next steps, I’m here to help.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 10 years of nursing experience and specialized training in mental health care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, where I developed a strong clinical foundation in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

My experience spans inpatient, outpatient, and rehabilitation settings, allowing me to work with patients across a wide range of mental health needs from acute stabilization to ongoing outpatient care. I focus on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related conditions, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual.

I am known for being approachable, direct, and compassionate while maintaining a strong focus on clinical outcomes. My goal is to help patients feel understood, gain clarity about their mental health, and move forward with confidence and a clear plan.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, honest, and tailored to the individual not one-size-fits-all. Each patient brings a unique story, and my role is to meet you where you are while helping you move toward stability and long-term wellness.

My approach is grounded in building trust, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space, and maintaining open, direct communication. I combine supportive therapy with thoughtful medication management when appropriate, always focusing on what is clinically necessary not excessive. My goal is to help you feel understood, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies that you can apply in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive, evidence-based care that goes beyond just prescribing medications.

Patients can expect:

  • A thorough and thoughtful evaluation, not rushed care
  • Clear, honest guidance about diagnosis and treatment options
  • A conservative, safety-focused approach to prescribing
  • Collaboration in decision-making—you are part of the process
  • Practical tools to help manage symptoms between visits

I prioritize helping patients understand their mental health, not just treat it. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more in control, more informed, and supported in your progress.
