Great to meet you!

I received my master's from Smith College School for Social Work and have over three years of experience. My main areas of expertise are anxiety, grief, and working with those that identify as LGBTQIA+. Outside of my clinical work, I have much experience organizing and advocating for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and QTPOC communities. As a clinician, I will support you along your therapeutic journey in gaining more self-confidence, awareness, and empowerment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My strengths as a therapist embody being non-judgemental, empathetic, and a supportive, collaborative spirit. As social workers, we meet people where they are, and I aim to be consistent in this through my work. I am here to support you in identifying and deepening your strengths. YOU have all the answers you need and already have great strength and potential. I look forward to learning and uncovering more about your strengths to support you in being the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first couple of sessions, we will spend time getting to know each other. Establishing a good therapeutic relationship is the key to a successful therapy experience. In addition, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and how I can best support you in your therapeutic journey.
