Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist and approved supervisor in Texas with over 9 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I hold a PhD in Counselor Education and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My professional background includes supporting clients through stress, anxiety, addiction, and relationship challenges across diverse populations and life stages.

I offer a reflective, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where your unique story is respected and understood. Together, we’ll explore your values, beliefs, and perspectives to build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and support more intentional, authentic living.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe that each person’s experiences, values, and worldview are unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and goals.

I draw from evidence-based practices while also honoring the importance of self-exploration and meaning-making. I incorporate reflective and exploratory questions that invite deeper insight into your thought patterns, personal experiences, and sense of meaning and existential well-being. In our work together, we’ll explore patterns, relationships, and underlying beliefs that may be impacting your well-being. My goal is to support you in building greater self-awareness, strengthening your relationships, and making intentional choices that align with your values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin getting to know one another as you share what brings you to therapy, along with any concerns or goals that feel important, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I will ask thoughtful, exploratory questions to better understand your experiences, current challenges, and patterns that may be maintaining your presenting concerns. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about my approach.

Together, we’ll begin to clarify your goals and identify a direction for our work, creating a foundation for a meaningful and supportive therapeutic process.
