Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor who believes healing happens through connection, creativity, and safe exploration of your story. I bring a trauma‐informed, experiential approach to therapy, helping clients move beyond insight into meaningful, lived change.

People often tell me they appreciate my grounded presence, my ability to make difficult emotions feel manageable, and the way I help them feel seen without pressure or judgment. I value collaboration—your goals, your pace, and your lived experience guide the work we do together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, experiential, and strengths‐based. I help clients understand the patterns that shape their lives and then practice new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.

I draw from trauma‐informed care, narrative work, and action-oriented methods that help people not just talk about change but experience it in real time. Whether we’re exploring a difficult memory, building new coping skills, or working through relationship dynamics, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what you hope therapy will help you accomplish. We’ll talk about what’s been happening recently, any patterns you’ve noticed, and what feels most important to address right now.

I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and collaborate with you to create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, grounded, and clear about our next steps together.
