Allese has worked in the mental health field for 6+ years, working with athletes, adolescents, young adults, women and men, ages 18-35. She has worked with individuals in outpatient care, supporting clients with a diagnosis related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and adjustments.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Allese believes that healing is not linear and no two journey’s are the same. Healing does not just come in the form of mental support and growth, but it is also key to make sure that your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects are aligned. Additionally, Allese is a Reiki healer and integrates holistic approaches when working with clients and creates an open dialogue into different approaches and avenues to include in treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

Think of therapy as a space designed just for you to come and talk without judgement. From completing an initial consultation call to setting up your first appointment, the process is seamless and is created with you in mind. The goal is to always make you feel comfortable and provide a safe space where you feel empowered and confident to overcome any challenges and barriers that prevent you from reaching your best self.

Allese's style is
