Great to meet you!

My name is Allett and I have been in the mental health field since 2017. As a board certified psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients such as kids, families, young adult, and parents. I have experience working with multiple diagnosis from anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, ADHD and many others that effect through the life span.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. I use a strength based approach and think it is important to collaborate closely with clients in forming treatment goals, as this is your therapy experience.

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
