Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting women through life’s most demanding and meaningful transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, and I work hard to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure.

I began my career working with mothers navigating addiction, which shaped my deep respect for women’s resilience and the importance of compassionate, steady support. I’m a Circle of Security Facilitator and am completing my Infant Mental Health Endorsement, allowing me to support women across the reproductive years as well as those navigating identity shifts, stress, anxiety, burnout, or relationship challenges.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward clarity, connection, and emotional steadiness at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment. I work collaboratively with clients, helping them understand the patterns shaping their emotions and relationships while building practical tools for daily life. Therapy with me is gentle but honest—I hold space for your experiences while also guiding you toward clarity and meaningful change.

I believe healing happens through connection, so our sessions will focus on creating a supportive, trusting relationship where you feel seen and understood. Together, we’ll explore your story, strengthen your emotional resilience, and help you move through life with a greater sense of steadiness and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy at a comfortable pace. I’ll ask about your goals, your history, and what support looks like for you, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this time is truly about understanding your needs and creating a space where you feel safe and heard.

We’ll also talk through what therapy might look like moving forward and begin identifying the areas you want to focus on. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling grounded, understood, and confident that you have a supportive place to land.
