Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified psychotherapist and social worker specializing in mental health, trauma, and substance use. My approach is person-centered and rooted in empowerment—I believe you're the expert in your own life, and I’m here to support meaningful change. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, empowered, and maybe even crack a joke or two along the way. Taking the first step can be tough, so I respect the courage it took to be here.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a story, and my goal is to help you take ownership of yours. Therapy is a collaboration—I offer a relaxed, straightforward, and occasionally lighthearted space where you feel understood, valued, and empowered. I won’t just listen; I’ll challenge you when helpful and support you in creating meaningful growth. Together, we’ll navigate life’s obstacles with sincerity, compassion, and the right strategies to move forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, down-to-earth space where you feel heard, challenged, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, develop practical coping skills, and rewrite the narratives that may be holding you back. Sessions are tailored to your needs—sometimes that means deep reflection, other times it’s learning new tools to navigate life’s challenges. No matter where you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there with honesty, humor, and a commitment to your growth.
