Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and life transitions. I know how quietly change, stress, or health challenges can wear you down, even when it looks like everything is “fine” on the outside. I offer a thoughtful, supportive space to slow things down and make sense of what you’re experiencing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and attuned to your unique experience. I help clients notice patterns, process emotions, and explore what’s weighing on them while building steadiness, clarity, and connection. Together, we use evidence-based practices to support resilience, insight, and meaningful growth, even during times of uncertainty.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll create a calm, supportive space to get to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and we’ll talk about your goals and what you hope therapy can provide. I aim to help you leave the session feeling heard, understood, and more steady as we begin this work together.
