Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy is a brave first step and my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe and understood. My specialty is working work adolescents (13+) and adults helping navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, emotional regulation as well as many other issues. I also have experience supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I believe therapy should feel like an actual partnership. Together, I want to explore with you the challenges you’re facing. We’ll build on your strengths and develop real tools that help you create actual lasting change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or simply looking to better understand yourself- I’m here to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while of course tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and experiences.

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier coping strategies and work toward goals that matter most to you. I strive to create a balance between providing emotional support and gently challenging you to foster growth and lasting change.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process. My hope is that you’ll leave each session feeling heard, supported and equipped with practical skills you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, your personal history, your current concerns and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll also review any questions you have about the therapy process so you know what to expect moving forward.

My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can share at your own pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. By the end of our first session, we’ll begin identifying goals and create a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and meaningful to you.
