Great to meet you!

I'm Allie, an EMDR Certified therapist and toddler mom. I'm a mom who has had to unlearn some harmful beliefs and relearn ways of seeing myself in the world so that I can be the parent and person I know I'm capable of being. I have 15 years experience being a therapist and would never ask a client to do work I haven't also done!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in helping anxious, overwhelmed moms feel less reactive and more confident in motherhood. Using EMDR therapy, I guide you to heal from past wounds—like birth trauma, anxiety, and feelings of failure—so you can quiet self-doubt, break free from old patterns, and step into the calm, capable mom you want to be.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients I work with can expect to delve into their backgrounds in early childhood, adolescence and young adulthood in order to identify patterns and negative beliefs that were planted long ago (but keep showing up now!) We'll learn what works to calm your nervous system before diving into some deeper healing work through EMDR.
