Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here. My name is Allie, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and am certified in over 500 hours of yoga training. I am currently in my Intermediate year of Somatic Experiencing.

My approach is rooted in person-centered and strengths-based principles, and I emphasize the power of genuine human connection. I specialize in supporting women and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, women's issues, endometriosis, domestic violence, sexual assault, grief & loss, and the complexities of chronic pain and health conditions.

My approach to therapy

I focus deeply on supporting women and adolescents because so often, we are conditioned to carry the weight of everyone else's needs before our own, causing us to disconnect from our own truth and well-being.

To navigate societal pressures, life transitions, and systemic stressors, I offer a holistic, mind-body approach to healing. By blending evidence-based clinical therapy with the gentle, somatic principles of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and Somatic Experiencing, we will work with your body's natural rhythms to help you process and understand your emotions and patterns, and build capacity to find joy in your life.

My passion for this work comes from a deeply personal place. While navigating my own healing and endometriosis journey, I found Somatic Experiencing and yoga. These practices have transformed my relationship with myself, helping me understand my body, unlearn old survival patterns, and relearn how to honor my body's natural cycles. I am here to help you gain tangible, collaborative skills to deepen your relationship with yourself and with others.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on what brings you to therapy and how I can best support you. We will move at your pace to ensure you feel comfortable. Embarking on a therapeutic journey is an act of profound courage. My goal is for you to leave every session feeling grounded, empowered, and truly seen, so you can explore your full experience and awaken your own potential to heal.

While my background deeply integrates holistic modalities, evidence-based treatment approaches are solely utilized as the method of clinical treatment.
