Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and behavioral addictions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they want to understand and change.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program and have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds in both community mental health and private practice. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based care.

I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, curiosity, and collaboration. My role isn't to tell you what to do—it's to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and create lasting change that aligns with your values.

My approach to therapy

No two people have the same story, so I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I take a collaborative approach, tailoring treatment to your unique experiences, goals, and strengths.

I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, attachment-based therapy, and somatic techniques to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and past experiences.

Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, build healthier coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. While therapy can be challenging at times, I strive to create a space that feels compassionate, supportive, and empowering throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll spend time learning about what brings you to therapy, your personal history, what's currently feeling most important, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

There's no expectation to share everything right away. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while beginning to identify your goals and create a treatment plan that reflects your needs.

My hope is that you'll leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we're headed together. Building trust is the foundation of meaningful therapy, and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported throughout your journey.
