Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Therapist practicing in Massachusetts and Florida, and I’m passionate about supporting women and LGBTQ+ individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, family concerns, or just trying to better understand yourself, I'm here to help you build effective coping skills and find the peace you deserve.

I use a collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore and challenge any negative self-talk or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, helping you develop a healthier, more positive mindset. I also offer EMDR therapy, a powerful technique to help you heal from past trauma and move forward with emotional balance and resilience.

My goal is to walk alongside you as you uncover your inner strength and work toward the life you’ve always wanted. If you're ready to take the first step toward healing, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore your emotions. Together, we’ll uncover the inner childhood experiences that shape your reactions and actions today. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you gain practical tools and insights for overcoming obstacles and achieving emotional well-being.

Through this collaborative process, I aim to support you in shifting negative self-talk, addressing past trauma, and guiding you toward a healthier, more balanced mindset. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you can heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

After each session, you can expect to walk away with practical tools and insights to help you navigate life’s challenges. We will aim to gain a deeper understanding of self, including how past experiences shape your present thoughts and behaviors. Whether it's learning to challenge negative views of self, gaining clarity around family dynamics, or exploring emotional responses through EMDR, each session will aim to leave you feeling more equipped to handle difficult situations with confidence. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions and aim to create lasting change, while empowering you to take positive steps toward emotional well-being and a healthy mindsets. Each session builds on your progress, helping you develop the skills to continue healing and growing outside of therapy.
