Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience working with at-risk youth, teens, adults, and families navigating grief, life transitions, complex health concerns, and seasons that feel overwhelming or uncertain.
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from East Texas A&M University.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and engaged. I’m not the therapist who will simply sit back and nod for 50 minutes. I’ll listen, support you, ask meaningful questions, and challenge you when it can help you move forward.
I also believe therapy can be clinically sound without feeling cold or sterile. You don’t need to have the perfect words or show up as the “best version” of yourself. Come as you are. We’ll sit together, sort through what feels heavy, and help you find steadier ground.
