Great to meet you!

Whether you’re navigating a major life event or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable, my goal is to make this process approachable and collaborative. I offer a warm, empathetic, and supportive space to meet you where you are at. I work with anxiety, anger, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and addictive behaviors. My role is to know when to support, when to challenge, ask thoughtful questions, reflect patterns, and provide tools to help you move toward meaningful change—while honoring your unique lived experience.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach focused on empowering you while providing a non-judgmental and empathetic environment. My theoretical orientation is rooted in a person-centered structure that incorporates techniques from narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, IFS, holistic healing and multicultural psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include a brief assessment so that I can learn about you, what brings you to therapy and make sure we are a good fit (if for some reason we are not, I will always do my best to offer referrals and next steps to find the right therapist for you). From there, we will create a plan that meets you where you are at and allows us to work towards accomplishing your goals!
