Allison Bergamo

Hi, I'm Allison. I have been a mental health counselor for over 10 year I have an understanding of many of the challenges kids face daily as well as the background of the school systems to help families navigate the challenges of working with the schools. Unfortunately life doesn't come with instructions and so everyone from kids to adults is trying to figure it out on their own, that's where I can come in and help. I have experience with a wide variety of needs and love helping people grow.

I always try to meet a client where they are. I believe everyone has strengths but sometimes we all struggle to use them. I work to be engaging and help clients to feel like they have someone on their team when it feels like the world is against them.

I will always work with you to support you the best way possible. I don't have a magic wand to make everything better immediately, but I do think together we can get through a lot of the tough stuff, and make the future a little brighter.
