Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed counselor serving all of Texas, specializing in trauma-informed care. I am a Marine Corps Veteran and come from a long line of military and law-enforcement. I’m committed to helping fellow Veterans and others who have experienced trauma, guiding them through their darkest times toward healing and hope. My approach combines clinical expertise, my personal understanding of trauma in a safe and judgement-free environment, with the drive to be a beacon of hope for many.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I know that discussing trauma from our past can be difficult, so we'll take things at your pace. By utilizing Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, together we can address the parts of your life where you feel "stuck".

What you can expect from our first session

Together we will create a treatment plan that suits you and your life, ensuring it is realistic and achievable. You can expect a supportive and empowering space to explore your thoughts and emotions. I will help you gain a better understanding of who you are, gain insights into what you’ve experienced, develop coping skills, and create personal growth.
