Great to meet you!

I work with women who are tired of putting everyone else first and ready to come home to themselves. My focus is on people-pleasing, relational trauma, and the patterns that come from growing up as the strong one. Sessions are calm, paced to you, and rooted in trust — not in pushing. I use Brainspotting alongside relational talk therapy to help the deeper parts of you actually feel heard.

My approach to therapy

I work relationally and somatically, which means we pay attention to what's happening in your body and your nervous system, not just your thoughts. Most of my clients are women working through codependency, people-pleasing, and the long shadow of growing up in relationally unsteady homes. I use Brainspotting and EMDR as my primary trauma modalities and I weave in parts work and gentle insight-oriented exploration so healing can happen at a depth that talking alone often can't reach.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a biopsychosocial assessment so I can build a treatment plan that actually fits you. I've heard from many clients that past therapy felt aimless — so we set collaborative goals that keep us rooted in why you're here, with flexibility for what comes up week to week. You'll leave with a clear sense of where we're headed and why.
