Great to meet you!

You look like you have it together—but inside, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in your thoughts.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. I work especially well with high-functioning adults who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate CBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand patterns, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying the challenges you'd like to address. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and taking the next step forward—one step at a time.
