Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals and families of various ages and stages of life, and helping them navigate the current challenges they are facing. I received my Masters in Family Therapy from Drexel University, am a LMFT, and have been practicing for 8 years.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is welcoming, intentional, laid back, and warm. I take the time to build trust and connection with my clients, then gently challenge them in order to guide them toward their goals. I specialize in relational dynamics, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.

What you can expect from me

During your first session we will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, I will gather your background information, and we will set goals for your treatment plan together.
