Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Allison. Since 2022, I have been dedicated to supporting the mental health of the clients I serve. I earned my Master’s degree from Penn State University in 2020 and have since cultivated a diverse clinical background, ranging from K-12 and collegiate settings to agency work and private practice. This breadth of experience allows me to effectively support individuals across the entire lifespan, from children to adults.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, where I blend evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide care that is as unique as the individuals I serve.

What you can expect from me

I know that initial therapy sessions can be somewhat intimidating, so I like to slowly gather information about your history and your current struggles without completely overwhelming you. Together we will come up with goals to inform your treatment that are attainable and make sense for you!
