Allison Davis

Allison uses an integrative, strengths-based, and mindful approach in which clients can enhance self-awareness and resolve individual challenges. Initiating life change through therapy takes courage and Allison believes in honoring the innate wisdom that each client brings with them into the therapeutic process.

Her therapeutic style is warm, open and supportive. She incorporates interventions from multiple therapies to meet the unique needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, Solutions-Focused Therapy, creative and somatic techniques, and mindfulness.

Allison has experience in addressing anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, role strain, trauma, spirituality, parenting, and stress-management. She enjoys working with adults, transition-aged youth, and adolescents.
