Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical and forensic experience supporting individuals through life’s most complex and challenging moments. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care, with a strong focus on helping clients feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, personality disorders, chronic mental health concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I draw from evidence-based approaches including DBT, CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based interventions to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, respected, and encouraged to show up exactly as you are. My work is rooted in advocacy, authenticity, and meeting each client with curiosity and compassion. I have extensive experience working with diverse and underserved populations and understand the importance of culturally responsive, individualized care.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling to manage intense emotions, processing past experiences, or simply looking for support and direction, we’ll work together to identify your strengths and create goals that feel realistic and empowering.
