Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in marriage and family therapy, healthcare leadership, and higher education. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work and have spent more than 15 years helping individuals, families and communities navigate change, relationships, and life's challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationships concerns, parenting stress, and the pressures that often come with balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable integrating faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative and insight oriented and I believe our current struggles often make more sense when we understand the relationships, experiences and patterns that have shaped us over time. I help clients gain a deeper self-awareness while also developing practical tools they can use in everyday life. I strive to balance compassion with honest feedback, creating a space where clients feel supported, challenged and empowered to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, relevant life experiences, relationships, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. The first session is a conversation, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of our time together, we'll begin identifying goals and discussing what a meaningful path forward might look like.
