Great to meet you!

My ideal client is someone who’s been carrying a lot on their own and is ready for support. They may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward. They’re capable and self‐aware, but life has started to feel heavier than it should. They want clarity, emotional relief, and a space where they can be honest, understood, and supported as they work toward feeling more grounded and connected to themselves.

My approach to therapy

I offer a calm, supportive space to make sense of what’s weighing on you. As a trauma‐informed therapist trained in EMDR, I help you process past experiences, understand your patterns, and build healthier ways of coping. Together, we work toward feeling more grounded and connected to yourself.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or weighed down by past experiences, you don’t have to sort through it alone. I’d be honored to support you. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is all about starting to build a comfortable, safe connection while laying the groundwork for our journey.

We will spend the first 30 to 45 minutes going through an initial assessment process so I can get a holistic picture of your history and what brings you to therapy. To help us maximize our time together and dive right in, it is incredibly helpful if you can complete your intake paperwork ahead of time.

Once the administrative pieces are taken care of, the rest of our time is yours. I encourage you to bring any questions you have for me. Together, we will begin exploring where you want to go in treatment—looking at what you want to be different in your life, while we simply start getting to know each other at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
