Great to meet you!

I'm a pretty easygoing therapist, and my goal is to make sure you feel safe, comfortable, and like you can just be yourself, no judgment, no pressure. I’m someone who listens, helps you see things from different angles, and isn’t afraid to bring a little humor into the mix when it fits. Life can be a lot, and I’m here to walk with you through the hard stuff, help you sort things out, and celebrate the wins too. If faith is something that’s important to you, we can absolutely include that in our work together if you'd like. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or serious all the time, it’s your space, and we’ll make it work in a way that feels real and right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is pretty simple: I want you to feel safe, comfortable, and truly heard. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so we’ll work together and figure out what actually helps you. I use evidence-based approaches like ACT, Family Systems, and Person-Centered Therapy, but more than anything, I focus on building a real connection and giving you practical tools you can use in everyday life. Therapy doesn’t have to be perfect or polished, it’s a space where you can show up exactly as you are, and we’ll sort things out together.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about helping you feel at ease. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what you’re hoping will change, and what you want support with. There’s no rush and no expectation to share everything right away. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where you feel heard and a little less alone. We’ll start getting clear on your goals together and talk about what therapy could look like moving forward, always at a pace that feels right for you.
