Great to meet you!

I consider the many ways you have come to know and understand yourself and your relationships to others, taking into account your culture, history, and identity.

I truly appreciate the complexity that makes each of us who we are. Let's work together to get you to the person you wish to be, living the life that you imagine for yourself.

My approach to therapy

Early on I realized my passion for integrating medical/biological information into my understanding of patients. This led me to focus my studies & work in neuropsychology & health psychology. I worked as the Psychologist in Oncology for Kaiser Permanente with a focus on helping patients with adjustment, relationships, and life and death issues.

Additionally, I have experience working with medical professionals to help decrease burnout, improve self-care, & rediscover joy as a clinician.

What you can expect from me

If you are looking for help to rediscover, remember, and grow into the person you wish to be and need support and help to get there, I would feel privileged to be on that journey with you. I focus on honoring your knowledge and experiences in the hope of creating an empowering environment where you benefit from the freedom to discover your strengths, resiliencies, and courage.
