Great to meet you!

As a clinical therapist with over a decade of experience, I believe the therapeutic journey should be centered around fostering a strong, collaborative partnership with my clients. Healing begins within the context of a safe and compassionate environment, where clients feel valued, heard, and empowered. Each person I work with is unique, and I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs and aspirations.

My approach to therapy

My expertise is in trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and domestic violence. My training encompasses modalities including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Adolescents (PSB-CBT-A).

What you can expect from me

As an advocate of person-centered therapy, I prioritize building genuine connections that are rooted in empathy and respect. I understand that the path to healing is deeply personal, and I am here to support and stand alongside my clients throughout their journey.
