Great to meet you!

Do you feel constantly on edge, emotionally drained or stuck in relationship patterns that keep repeating? Is your teen overwhelmed by big emotions and not sure how to cope?

Anxiety and depression don't just affect our thoughts—they can keep our nervous systems in survival mode, impacting our relationships, our patience, and the way we see ourselves.

I work with Alabama adults and teens to slow things down, understand patterns like attachment or codependency, and build real tools for boundaries, emotional steadiness and healthier relationships. My style is warm, practical, nonjudgemental, and down to earth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I blend DBT-informed skills with deeper exploration of patterns like attachment and codependency. Together we'll build emotional regulation and boundaries, while also understanding the roots of what you're feeling.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you in, and what you’re hoping to get from therapy. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. I believe you're the expert on your life. My role is to help you understand what you're feeling, notice patterns, and find what support fits you. We'll build a personalized plan together. Collaborative, steady, and focused on helping you move forward with more clarity and self-trust.
