I obtained a Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Rollins College in Winter Park and am fully licensed as a Mental Health Therapist and additionally a Qualified Supervisor.
My mental health career began as a counselor working with youth that struggled with anxiety, depression and who were at risk for substance use. My career since has focused on serving individuals specializing in family of origin issues/trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, and autonomy/authenticity.
I believe that Self Actualization can be reached with an understanding that we are ever evolving and wired for struggle. I am inspired by clients who are seeking to reach the best version of themselves or who find themselves exhausted by themselves and are looking to break out of cycles that are no longer serving them.
The therapeutic relationship is a partnership between therapist & client. I believe my role is to guide you, walk alongside you, & be a mirror to your self & window to the possibilities and opportunities ahead. I meet my clients where they are at & offer individualized services aimed at assisting my clients at reaching their goals, finding their peace, and breaking cycles that no longer serve them
