My specializations include phase-of-life transitions and inner childhood work (ie: divorce, graduating college, transitioning to a new career). In addition, I specialize in addiction counseling, mood disorders, and childhood trauma. It is my goal to create an inclusive, non-judgmental environment that allows you to explore the inner workings of your consciousness & empower you to make positive change.

I utilize a collaborative approach to tailor treatment individually so that you can evolve in a way that is authentic to your personal path. As a mental health professional, my goal is allow my clients to receive the healing they need, at the pace that will help them grow.
