Allison Garner

My specializations include phase-of-life transitions and inner childhood work (ie: divorce, graduating college, transitioning to a new career). In addition, I specialize in addiction counseling, mood disorders, and childhood trauma. It is my goal to create an inclusive, non-judgmental environment that allows you to explore the inner workings of your consciousness & empower you to make positive change.

As your therapist, it is an honor and a privilege to assist my clients with the challenges that life throws our way. I utilize a collaborative approach to tailor treatment individually so that you can evolve in a way that is authentic to your personal path. As a mental health professional, my goal is allow my clients to receive the healing they need, at the pace that will help them grow.

My goal for my clients is to leave a session feeling empowered, knowing they have learned more about themselves and have the confidence to take on the challenges that life throws them.
