Great to meet you!

Allison is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience providing therapeutic support to adults and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, mood-related concerns, relationship challenges, and emotional stress. She brings a grounded, compassionate approach informed by both clinical training and hands-on experience.

Allison has worked across diverse clinical settings, supporting individuals from varied cultural, relational, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her experience includes working with clients experiencing stress related to career demands, identity exploration, relationship patterns, and major life changes. These roles have strengthened her ability to remain present, adaptable, and engaged while meeting clients where they are.

My approach to therapy

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, hands-on, and client-centered. Allison integrates evidence-based practices with clear, direct communication and practical tools clients can apply outside of sessions. She prioritizes building a strong therapeutic alliance and supporting meaningful, sustainable change. Allison is committed to creating a warm, respectful space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to build resilience and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and what brings you in. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You’ll also have space to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more grounded about next steps.
