Hi! My name is Allison Gregory, and I received my MSW at UNCC. I have experience working for over 2.5 years in PHP and IOP programs treating those with eating disorders and additional co-occurring diagnoses. I look forward to continuing assisting individuals in becoming the best version of themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to take an open approach and collaborate with clients on the therapy modality that is the best fit for their therapy goals. I have experience using CBT, DBT, ACT and more.
