Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work from Indiana University in 2022 and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I have experience working with children and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. I am also an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider.

My approach to therapy

I draw from systems theory, strengths-based approaches, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to empower clients and support them in identifying solutions to the challenges they face. I am also beginning to integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients deepen their self-understanding and promote healing.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a warm, safe, and inclusive space where you feel truly seen and supported. I'm not the expert on your life—you are. I'm here to walk alongside you, helping you work toward healing and a better quality of life. We'll set goals together that feel meaningful and achievable.
