I am board certified as a psychiatric mental health NP and a family/ primary care NP. I love having the opportunity to form lasting partnerships with clients and having the time to really get to know you. This motivated me to start my private practice. I keep a small panel so that I can offer flexible scheduling.

I offer personalized care for each patient. I take a holistic approach, combining medication management, lab test interpretation (check for nutrient deficiencies, thyroid issues and more), supportive therapy and lifestyle recommendations.

I have experience diagnosing and treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder and more. I am especially passionate about supporting women during major life changes such as motherhood and perimenopause.

My goal is to provide you with the education and resources you need to lead a happy, healthy, and successful life. Together, we can navigate the challenges you face and empower you to thrive.
