Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives. I have specialized training and certifications in ADHD and autism, including advanced experience conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments, and I provide both evaluations and ongoing therapy to help clients gain clarity and build strategies that align with how their brains are wired. I’m especially passionate about supporting women and individuals who may have gone undiagnosed or misunderstood, and my work focuses on areas such as ADHD, autism, sensory differences, emotional regulation, identity development, social functioning, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with the goal of helping you feel understood, empowered, and more confident in navigating your life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a supportive, low-pressure environment where the focus is on getting to know you and what brings you in. We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy or an assessment, while also beginning to identify initial goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. I’ll ask questions to better understand how your brain works, your strengths, and any challenges you’ve been navigating.

You’re always in control of what you share and the pace we move at. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction, an understanding of how I work, and a collaborative plan for next steps.
