Great to meet you!

Life rarely fits into black and white. I believe therapy can be a place to explore the messy middle - the complicated, uncertain, very human parts of life - with curiosity and compassion. I am warm, collaborative, and creative. I'll meet you where you are, help you make sense of your experience, and gently challenge when it may help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw from CBT, DBT, and polyvagal-informed approaches to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and nervous system. I'm interested in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

I believe therapy should be practical as well as meaningful. Together, we'll explore what's happening beneath the surface while building skills you can actually use in everyday life. I may incorporate mindfulness, grounding, emotion regulation, boundaries, and creative approaches when they fit you and your goals. I'll meet you where you are, while also gently challenging you when it can help you move toward greater self-understanding, confidence, and agency.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to have it all figured out. Our first session is a chance to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy. We'll explore what you're experiencing, what you would like to change, and what has or hasn't been helpful in the past. Together, we'll begin to identify meaningful goals and a path forward that feels realistic for you.
