Great to meet you!

Some things get heavier the longer you carry them. Whether you're navigating sobriety, healing from past trauma, or trying to manage anxiety and depression that has started to feel like your baseline, you don't have to figure it out alone. I work with adults who are ready for something to change, even when they're not quite sure where to begin. My approach is collaborative. We work together to find a path forward that actually fits your life.

My approach to therapy

Our work tends to focus on two things: healing what's in the past and building a life that feels sustainable going forward. For those working on sobriety, we focus on recovery, relapse prevention, and rebuilding a real sense of agency over your choices. For trauma, we work at a pace that feels safe, helping you process what happened so it no longer holds the same power over your present. The goal is for you to walk away from our work together with something concrete: clarity, steadiness, and a genuine sense of what is possible for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation and an assessment. I'll ask questions to understand where you are, what you've been through, and what you're hoping for. It becomes the foundation for a treatment plan that is actually tailored to you. If you're ready to start moving forward, I'd love to connect. Reach out and we can take that first step together.
