Great to meet you!

Hi! Most of my work involves helping others slow down, pay more attention to their body, set boundaries, breathe through distress, and recover/heal from trauma. I have 6 years of experience working with survivors of abuse/trauma and individuals living with anxiety and/or depression.

I started my career in the field as a crisis intervention specialist in 2020 answering crisis hotlines and completing mobile assessments with people in mental health crisis. Additionally, I have 4 years of experience working at a university counseling center providing individual and group therapy to undergraduate and graduate students from all over the world.

My approach to therapy

I show up as my genuine self in therapy and leave room for my clients to do the same. I prioritize the therapist-client relationship as I believe that is the foundation for effective, long-term change. I use trauma-informed, mindfulness based, and IFS (parts work) modalities in my work.

What you can expect from me

The first session typically covers a lot of information and my intention is to never dismiss anything- I just want to gather the information needed to continue with sessions.
