Great to meet you!

I believe that people should be met where they are while building up to where they can and want to be. I focus on symptoms, identifying the root cause, and creating a plan together to improve those symptoms. I work with clients ages 13 and older experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, and navigating life challenges. I have advanced training in women’s health including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and the cultural understanding of unique experiences of first responders regarding occupational trauma. I am here to help you reach your highest potential.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With my unique experience, I specialize in trauma and crisis intervention, but work with clients from all walks of life dealing with a multitude of mental health struggles. I utilize various treatment modalities including DBT techniques, CBT, solution focused, humanistic, cognitive processing, talk therapy, holistic treatments, and humor.

What you can expect from our first session

Seeking help is one of the strongest and most vulnerable things you can do, and it can feel overwhelming. But if you’re reading this, you’re in the right place. I believe therapy should be affordable, accessible, and meaningful and I always strive to accomplish that for my clients.
