Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. I received my Masters of Science in Social Work at University of Texas at Austin. I have over nine years of clinical experience, providing individual, family, and couples therapy in different settings. I have extensive experience developing positive relationships with children, adolescents and adults.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide guidance to help make daily life less overwhelming. I have experience using different therapy modalities and techniques, and together, we will find what works for you.

I value providing an accepting and supportive environment to process life challenges, and improve skills to make positive changes in your life. Together, we will also reframe negative thought patterns that have served as barriers, while focusing on your strengths and daily accomplishments.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a comfortable and nonjudgmental time to focus on your needs; a time to process emotions and behaviors; to learn coping skills; and to feel challenged, understood, and heard. We will develop short-term and long-term goals, and work together to help achieve your goals, while celebrating weekly progress. I also focus on a strength-based perspective.
