Great to meet you!

Welcome! It is an honor and a privilege for me to have the opportunity to meet each one of you and listen to your story! I believe EVERYONE can benefit from some type of therapy. We all have a need to process and find our own understanding to life in general. Based on research: the two main variables that allow therapy to be effective are: the relationship with the therapist & a safe environment. It is always my goal to meet these variable to the best of my ability. Hope to hear from you soon!

My approach to therapy

My approach is to meet you where you are at without unrealistic expectations attached to our experience.

I am genuinly curious to hear from you the why behind you reaching out for an appointment. There is no right answer to any question or problem, only your truth and the jouney to finding it.

This, my friend, is therapy in a nutshell.
